DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery in France
Free delivery for all purchases within France (mainland Europe).
Delivery time: 5 to 10 working days.

Delivery in Europe (outside France)
Available for the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
Minimum order of €500 to be eligible for delivery in Europe.
Delivery costs: €500 per item.
Delivery time: up to 15 working days depending on destination.

 

 

ORDER CLOSING TIME AND TIME ZONE
The last time to place an order is 3:00 p.m. (Europe/Paris time zone - UTC+1).

 

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders take between 1 and 2 business days (Monday through Friday) to process.

 

 

ORDER DELIVERY TIME
The transit time is between 2 and 15 working days, depending on the destination and the volume of the order.

 

DELIVERY TERMS
We manage the delivery of your containers directly, thus guaranteeing a reliable, punctual and secure service.

 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
It is not possible to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped.
For any changes, please contact us at contact@nordconteneurs.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, please refer to our return and refund policy.

DAMAGED PACKAGES DURING TRANSPORT
If a container is damaged during transport, we recommend that you refuse delivery and contact our customer service team immediately.

We will do our best to find a quick and appropriate solution.
